The deal represents the first fruits of a recent partnership between Zylpha and LEAP based on Zylpha’s all-new software integration.
The software, which contains everything needed to create the highest quality document bundles is accessed from a single-view dashboard-like screen, making it clear, concise and easy to use. Zylpha’s unique single-view digital approach streamlines and simplifies even the largest, most complex bundles. It is also widely acclaimed for its security. By using Zylpha’s digital document bundling in conjunction with LEAP’s case management software, Dovaston Law is able to produce bundles at a fraction of the cost, time and effort associated with manual processes. Typically, Zylpha bundling delivers time savings of over 80% when compared to traditional manual alternatives. Additionally, Zylpha’s document bundling system eliminates costs such as stationery, photocopying, paper file-storage, maintenance and courier charges.
Commenting on the news, solicitor Karen Dovaston said,
“Zylpha’s document bundling is a really valuable toolset and given the smoothness of integration with our LEAP case management system it works really well. It’s now so simple to create even the most complex bundles, taking only a fraction of the time it took previously. In addition it drastically reduces the need for storage, photocopying or dispatch costs. Overall this is a great boost towards systems efficiency and overall practice productivity.”
For his part Tim Long CEO of Zylpha welcomed Karen’s comments adding,
“Our recent partnership with LEAP has made our bundling technology accessible to a whole new range of firms. Dovaston Law is a company that has already seen the benefits of the software and we look forward to hearing about how it has driven administrative efficiency compared to before.”
