The Adobe eSignature software will be used throughout the firm for initial paperwork and also in the property department to speed up the process of completing property forms. By using eSign, as opposed to post, Frettens hope to shorten the time taken to complete conveyancing transactions. The system will be integrated with the practice’s existing Visualfiles case management system to ensure seamless workflows and ease of use.
Commenting on the news, Fretten’s Managing Partner Matt Fretten noted,
“As a practice that is recognised by The Legal 500 and the recipient of a number of conveyancing awards, we are committed to delivering and maintaining the very highest service standards. Electronic signatures eliminate the risk of postal delays or lost mail, so the time and efficiency savings are significant.
“However, the biggest benefit is in increased customer satisfaction, as our clients appreciate the time-savings and added convenience that this technology provides. We chose Zylpha as having worked with them before we knew that they understood our exacting standards and that they are widely respected in practice circles. They recommended Adobe eSign, which has rapidly established itself as a market leader in the signature technology field. It works extremely well and it is also extremely easy to use. We look forward to working closely with Zylpha on other areas where innovation and technology can both boost efficiency and enhance customer service delivery.”
For his part Tim Long Zylpha’s CEO welcomed Matt Frettens comments adding,
“Frettens has always impressed us with their attitudes to quality and accreditations. The firm is Lexcel accredited, CQS accredited, has been recommended by The Legal 500 and has also been recognised at the LFS Awards for excellence in Conveyancing. We are delighted therefore that they have chosen to work with Zylpha on Electronic signatures to maintain these exceptionally high standards.”
