In line with this, we have made the decision to discontinue our Thirdfort for Visualfiles integration. Here we explain the reasoning behind that decision.

Visualfiles, a leading case management system, has been a staple tool for many firms, enabling them to manage their caseloads effectively. When we wrote the Thirdfort integration for Visualfiles there were considerably less AML/KYC providers in the market.
Whilst Zylpha has always strived to meet the diverse needs of legal professionals, it is equally crucial that we assess the demand and uptake of individual products. In the case of Thirdfort, that meant reevaluating the product’s viability.
By carefully monitoring client feedback and market trends, we aim to provide solutions that align with changing demands. Discontinuing our Thirdfort for Visualfiles integration reflects this commitment.
As the business moves forward, we remain dedicated and focused on developing our core product portfolio and investing in areas where there is clear demand and significant opportunity for growth.
Some Zylpha clients may have integrated Thirdfort with their Visualfiles system and relied on its functionality. To support these clients during the transition, we will work closely with them to ensure a smooth migration to alternative solutions over the next 12-months.
Zylpha’s decision to discontinue support for Thirdfort as a Visualfiles integration product was ultimately driven by a lack of demand in the market for the product.
This decision, therefore, allows Zylpha to allocate resources more effectively, exploring and introducing new products and features that align with the emerging requirements of the legal sector, to best serve clients’ needs.
