With offices in Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth, Kitsons is a leading law firm in the South West with a strong local reputation for superior client representation and efficient systems.
Under the terms of the agreement, Kitsons will enhance these existing systems by integrating Zylpha within their existing Visualfiles case management software. This will streamline the creation of court and document bundles and reduce stationery, courier and storage costs significantly. Zylpha was chosen for its considerable expertise of Visualfiles software and its track record in supplying Court Bundling systems to many leading legal practices.
Peter Creber Partner of Kitsons Solicitors commented,
“At Kitsons we are committed to delivering outstanding levels of client care, working with Zylpha we can now produce Court and other legal bundles in a fraction of the time it would take manually and as the files are electronic, it eliminates much of the cost of photocopying, stationery, storage and the use of couriers. In addition, as we can now send secure electronic files, we are also assured of meeting the very highest data security standards, which are fast becoming a best-practice in the legal sector.”
Tim Long Zylpha’s CEO welcomed Peter Creber’s comments noting,
“We are delighted to have been chosen by Kitsons Solicitors to provide our Electronic Document Bundling software for integration within their Visualfiles case management system.
