Aimed at users of LexisNexis Visualfiles case management software, the new integration means that by entering a postcode, or part of an address, users can automatically generate the full Royal Mail postal address, without leaving their work.
As opposed to separate standalone apps, which require individual address look-ups, Zylpha’s new integration delivers address based information straight to workflows such as conveyancing or anti-money laundering (AML).
Supplied on a highly affordable Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, the data users access is always the latest postcode and address data available.
Commenting on the launch of the new integration, David Chapman Marketing Manager of Zylpha noted,
“PCA Predict is the UK’s leading address validation company. This new integration is an inexpensive but highly efficient method of bringing the power of a class leading address finder to the heart of Visualfiles workflows. By adding accurate addresses quickly and efficiently, as part of an ongoing workflow, users do not have to leave what they are working on when validating address details. This is especially important in areas where address data accuracy is important such as matter inception or a practices AML procedures.”
Says Chris Boaz, Head of Marketing, PCA Predict;
“Zylpha’s customers are now able to search and verify addresses within their case management workflows. Investing in address data quality ensures that the risks of failed postal deliveries and wasted resources are negated. We are delighted with the partnership and look forward to working together on other areas where address validation would have an equally positive impact.”
